The kama master uses 3 top notch classes to match his skill:
Fighter for epic weapon specialization
Monk to get that extra kama attack in
Weapon master for increased threat range when combined with improved whirlwind attack.
Devastating critical isn't necessary... this halfling slices them down slowly but surely

The kama is perhaps the weakest weapon in NWN. Good job making another level 40 peasant.

Ahh, but for a halfling's DEX bonus, Improved Whirlwind attack is only character. :)
Not all mine are based for uberness; the next 2 uploaded will be carbon copys of Christian "Torias" Guillot as my Archery Contest Winner was even though I actually hadn't looked at his Reliable Archer right before I created mine.
I may have seen it before when I first looked at that page of epic characters, but it didn't come to mind when I created him.

Yeah, I went through and figured out all the feats you took, and you do need all the pre-epic feats anyway. One thing that I would definitely change though is dropping Improved Whirlwind Attack. Whirlwind in general is honestly a pretty bad combat feat. You end up keeping all of the the enemies around you alive longer hitting you rather than finishing them off one-by-one. Plus, you give up all of your attacks for that round. The more attacks per round you get normally, the worse a trade off that is, and monk builds of this nature have the most attacks per round possible (6 main hand + 2 off-hand + 1 (flurry of blows) + 1 (haste) = 10 attacks per round), making that trade off as bad as possible. It's basically only "useful" when surrounded by a cluster of quickly killed enemies, and enemies that weak are not something to worry about anyway. Obviously you need Whirlwind just to take Weapon Master, but taking Improved Whirlwind Attack on top of that is a waste, since it's still going to be near useless. Your final Dex is odd (23). If you switch Improved Whirlwind for another Great Dex, that will give you +1AB and +1AC.

Hey, thanks for the advice. I do think I took all those fighter feats pre epic because I wanted all those pre-epic feats.
I ended at level 18 using toughness and 19 for blind fight and those are things I take last. I suppose I could swapped out level 20 with 1 level of monk, but we'll see what happens.

Oh, and it would also let you make more pre-epic skill dumps into tumble, if you were actually going to play a character like this from level 1, but that's not as important if you just intend it to be used at level 40.
One bit of advice. I noticed you went Fighter(12)/Monk(1)/WM(7) pre-epic. You might be better off going Fighter(9)/Monk(4)/WM(7) pre-epic. You should still be able to get all the weapon master and other feats that you need pre-epic. You'll also have the same BAB. But, you'll move two of your fighter bonus feats into Epic Levels, which will let you get more epic feats. You could even take Fighter(10) right at level 21, and then you can pick up Epic Weapon Focus Kama and Epic Weapon Specialization Kama right away.
