For future storyline purposes I needed an elven player character with angel wings; so I've experimented with the advanced editor tool of Leto (HotU).
Field and value to alter: wings = 2
(wings = 1 would have given her demonic wings).
I've created Athyriel with NWN 1.66 (SoU and HotU), left all stats untouched and used only an oc voiceset, head and portrait.
Her gear is the vanilla starter stuff;
I've just altered the looks of a few items via toolset.
She should work in sp without any problems (started a new HotU campaign with her and ran into no issues at all).
Subrace, Diety and Char History field: blank - use your imagination ;-)
Athyriel is a former celestial and gave up her inmortality, in the process she lost a lot of her former innocence. That is why she is lg 85/85 and not a cruisader.

Hi. This character looks really good, but I'm having trouble with thwe wings issue. I have CEP, but no ability to add wings. I had 2.22 and then went away from NWN for several months. I came back to it recently and had some trouble with the update having a strop so I uninstalled, then reinstalled the lot and just added CEP 2.3 from scratch, only to find to my dismay that I had no wings. I don't know why, as I recall having that function before in 2.22 :s
I just figured out how to use wings higher that #6 and tails higher than #3. You definitely need the Tail Hak(CEP) and the CEP. The wings are #'s 30-42 and the tails are 15-21 & 30. Feel free to E-mail me for the wings and tails that correspond to each #. But, they are in the same order as they appear in the NWN Toolset, on the NPC appearance editing screen, except that the Cat Tail is # 30 instead of # 22.
She edited a normal character using Leto Character Editor. I think you have to have the CEP to add wings to PC's. Only wings 1-6 work though. You can also add tails 1-3 using Leto and do a whole lot of other editing to PC's.

Nice job, excellent idea. I would love to know how to create and/or re-skin characters, but I have not even found where in the NWN directory they are hidden. I guess I could use a good file extensions guide for this game to figure out the file mechanics first. _________________________ Link

I really liked this winged elven cleric. Would have really liked her to have been a rogue or a bard though. I am curious as to how you managed the wings. Even more curious about the mention of not modifying the stats. I would really like to know how to do that one. All in all, a good character appearance. Thanks.
