In one of the books in Watcher's Keep in the BG2 expansion is a story of how Bhaal came to be a god. It claims he was a powerful assassin before godhood, so it would make some sense to have him be a rouge I guess.

1. This is a 12 year old's first effort, unless it was a person who knew it was +blocked+ and decided to say they were 12 to "get the heat" off them. Therefore, stop saying things like it sucks. We all know it does, but there are many different reasons. Say them, instead of just proclaiming the badness of the character and nothing else.
2. Bhaal was a lesser deity, but he had a flash of insight that allowed him to foretell his demise in the Time of Troubles. In response, he created a score of children so at least his legacy would live on. The chaos didn't come from his death per se, but rather from the fighting of his spawn.
3. Yes, he's lawful evil and he isn't a level 20 rogue. But this kid doesn't know any of that. He assumed a lord of murder would be a thief and made him the strongest he possibly could.
