Certainly looks like a Fremen. Default description. Many items renamed for use. Some have descriptions alterred to go along with story, some don't. Weirding bolts are weird. Should use wand, scroll, or unique power self only. Level too low. So well trained should have been minimum 3rd level maybe 5th.
