Description

Bleu is a 39th level wizard/1st level shifter with blue dragon wings. Her one level of shifter allows her to turn into dragon forms. Her wings are possible through use of the CEP and Leto. (I have compiled a full list of useable wings and tails and listed them in a document. The tail hak pack was created by Ryuujin and can be found elsewhere on the vault.) If you want Bleu to have normal panties you can change them in Leto or through normal character editing. She shows up shaved and without underwear if you have Nikon's Nude hak. I gave Bleu a Bleu Gauntlet which must be equipped if you have her wear clothing other than her Bleu Dress or Bleu Clothing. [Not doing so will rusult in her not having any of her dragonner racial abilities.]

Sorry that I took so long to reply, but I haven't checked NW Vault in quite some time. Yes, you need the CEP pack in order for her to have wings and not have a bag for a torso. I am guessing that you figured this out already. If not I appologize once again for not answering quicker.

it pops up all wierd and she has a bag for a torso instead of clothes

Do you need a CEP pack to play as her with the modded underwear and hair? or is it just you download her and the hair and underwear is all there without needing a hack?

Yes and No. I wanted to make her yuan-ti-ish, like Bleu looks in BOF(1), but I'm not sure if anyone made leg pieces to give a character "legs" that look like a snake tail. She just didn't look right with a mermaid tail so I remade her as a winged Dragonner.

Is this the "Breath of Fire" character? If so, she should look kinda yuan-ti-ish. If she's not though, then forgive me for babbling. I just think it would be cool to bump into someone from BoF.
