Nice work. I have seen a teleport-like feature in the psionics! hak pack. It's a psionic feat, so if you look at that, you might duplicate it. Just tryin' to be helpful!
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 11 that made this score of 5.00 then rounded to 5.

No there are no spells OR skills allowing for teleportation
damnit. Due to the time crunch (the 2 years to do a 5 year
project) they didnt bother stickin em in. How do you make
npc's pcs? I must know... its more than just items and
appearances because there are inherent abilities and such...

One thing, I didn't realise that I should include
teleportation, is there any spells or powers that let you
teleport???
If yes can you tell me which so I can give it to the Blink
Dog.
