Description
This is the full set of Draconians. Sivak,Aurak,Bozak,Baaz, and Kapak All stats have been configured to third edition rules. All Draconian Death throes now work as close to the rulebook description (as close as the NWN engine will let me). Appearances have been changed, so they now look more like they do in the books. Please note: This needs CEP v1.50 installed for the draconians appearance to work. Please leave feedback, both positive and negative, and report any bugs etc. :-) Thanks. Baron of Gateford (BOG).
**These are the draconians that are now featuring in my module DL16 - Dargaard Keep.**

Giving a 10 would depress me.
Draconians were from good dragons and it depresses me they have to fight on the evil side against their will.
It's like all the soldiers dying in the war due to President George W. Bush.

Very cool! I already created draconians for my module (with similar death throes), but I might incorporate some of your effects. IE, my statues are just the gargoyle statues...I like how yours uses a stoneskinned copy...very nice looking.

An excellent adaptation of some true third edition creatures ripe for the slaughter. Whether of the player or of the monster awaits to be seen... Excellently crafted, look forward to incorporating them into the module I'm working on.

I should have voted a long time ago (my bad). Great job, excellent work. Thanks for contributing to the community.

Yes I have, Good job!
I examined to see what they would do on battlefield!
Very impressive with how they react! I didnt get to examine their details in the toolset but on the field, they are very good. Atm, me n my friend are tryin to figure out if we'r gonna use CEP for our module creation. (Not that I dont like CEP but its full of Useless Junk)!

It mentions that you need CEP to use your Draconians! Did you get to create a non-CEP version by any chance?

Blackthorne7,

Thanks for the comments - I'm pleased you like them.
The module is nearing its last incarnation, so it will be released soon. :-)

FlyDragon,
Did you get around to trying out the Draconains?

Posted by Blackthorne7 at 2005-03-14 06:22:00
I think that the Draconians look great & look forward to seeing them in the near future! So it is said, so it is carved in stone!

You dont need to put the files anywhere...they get auto-placed in your custom monsters!
1st- put the downloaded file in your ERF directory of your Neverwinter Nights folder.(Dont be confused about it; the file is an 'erf' extension and the folder too is named 'erf')
2nd- load up your tool editor, open/create a module then choose in your editor...FILE,IMPORT and then choose the Draconian file. This will auto-place it under the heading 'Special' in your Custom monsters. They are all ready to be put in the module!

Peace!

go ahaead call me a noob i dont care i just want to know where do you put the files to be able to play as the draconians?

Posted by FlyDragon ( 64.230.xxx.xxx ) at 2005-03-01 20:02:00
Sorry for delay...I just got back from a training session from work which was expected!

I had a glimpse view for now of these Dracs(well, just seen 2 of em atm) and I am impressed with the graphics!
I will have more time on weekend to try it out...AT LAST lol
In a way, I am sort of anxious to try the Sivak Drac; One with a working script will do me nicely!

Peace for now. More to follow when I try em out!

Posted by FlyDragon ( 64.230.xxx.xxx ) at 2005-02-16 22:09:00
Terribly sorry if it 'vexed' you. I was just implying that this kinda resource was already done. I thought you were trying to take credit for something like so.

Btw, I didnt Download your resource but that other resource I obviously have and I've only seen probs with the Sivak draconian...I had to do a few tweaks here and there and in the end, it didnt work-out. I'll give it a shot with your resource! I am after all a big fan of the Dragonlance theme.

If interested, I'll post back with comments on your Draconians.

FlyDragon,

If you had bothered to download this set of draconians, you would have noticed that all the Death throe scripts DO actually work.

The creator of the other set of draconians Khellendros_Skyrift, even admits in his scripts that he could not get the Baaz, or Sivak Death throes to work correctly.

This set of draconians actually works;
Sivaks look like the PC when they die.
Baaz turn to a stone statue when they die.

And that all abilities match closely to the 3rd edition rule set.
This is something you would have noticed had you actually bothered to compare the two sets of draconians.

It is exactly ill made comments like these, that make community members walk away from doing "FREE" work for other community members.

LOL
Excuse me but...This set of creatures was already made(the entire Draconian pack) along with an added Death Knight!

I suggest getting the other file if you want the added Death Knight!
(If you want link, send me an email)
