Description
The butterfly is a very delicate and balanced creature. From the fragile amounts of dust on its wings, to the small antennae they sense objects with. These Healing Butterflies are a little different. While maintaining their balance, they have begun to evolve, taking in the spirit of all the land around them, and converting it to healing magic. It is said that reaching your hand into a flurry of them will result in healing and aid.

I just came across this, and I love the idea!
What I'd like to see as an improvement (if you or anyone else is still willing to add to it...) is the random appearance of these butterflies in an area, or within a trigger area. And for them to disapear after a short period and appear somewhere else.
Perhaps also, like someone else mentioned, that if a player uses them constantly the chance of something not so great happening increases. (a spider spawns nearby?)
If there's not much interest here I may pass it on as a challenge to a scripter friend.
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 5 that made this score of 5.80 then rounded to 6.

This is great. Thanks! I have it set up in my mod now and the rouge players love it. For those that want to see it in action please check out my server.
! Path of Balance !
The game is called The Path of Balance under the action catagory.
Thanks again!

This is a great script for areas of no resting where you
want a pc to have a chance if they use common sense. I
created a sort of glade in the center of a swamp and its
where the butterflies are.....outside of the glade is
poisonous gas, foul water and hostiles. However I set up a
little surprise as well for PCs who think they can just
constantly use them non stop.
great work

Like the butterflies. Will be adding them into a mod I am
working on. Good things to have when no healers or potions
around to keep PCs alive. Great work, wish I had a nack
for scripting.

Wow! I didn't think anybody would like my work. I love
scripting, and I can work on a tiny script like that for 5
or 6 hours on end. I always tell myself it's done, then I
open it up again and improve it. I really thank you for the
imput. I came up with the idea myself, I really like
nature, always have. I always play druids, always try to
make the most vibrante enviorments, creatures, and such.
If anybody needs a small script done or something, I'll be
glad to do it. I just love scripts with lots of little
things to spice it up, such as a little random-ness, some
extra text or sounds. Like they say, "The small things make
up the big things" (Actually I just made that up, maybe
SOMEONE has said it before).
Anyways, thanks again! Tell me if you want any features
added.

Actually Trigger, Healing Butterflies are most well known
from the game 'Earthbound' For SNES. A good, though goofy
game, the butterflies would spawn in random forest areas
of the game and were always a welcome site (Expecially
when you got some weird U.F.O. monster after you and you
got only 4 hp left, and that's with only one charactor
alive...)

There I go posting an empty post because I pressed Enter..
Argh! Well.. what I wanted to ask was.. Did the Dungeon
Siege Pixies inspire you to create those? I Like the idea,
very original ;)
