Description
This is a reskinning and scaling of the goblin chief. The scale is set to 1.7 and I have included an erf that you can import into a module that matches the 3rd Ed stats. There is a slight difference in the creatures CR. It is 1/3 and 3rd Ed has it at 1/2. If someone would like to add a script that will make the Hobgoblin attack elves 1st please do and drop me an e-mail. That is something from the 3rd Ed that I was not able to add in myself. Enjoy.
This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 2 that made this score of 7.50 then rounded to 8.

My pic must be to large or something. Anyway, like the
above text states it is the Hobgoblin Chief scaled up to
1.7. So there is your pic. Skin color is just a lighter,
duller green.
