Level Me NPC v1.0 by Axe This package allows you to easily add pre-scripted NPCs into your module that will give players the option to either gain or lose a level when spoken to. You can, of course, modify them once placed into your module to change their defaults just as you would for any standard NPC that you use. After installing the package into your module as described above, you will see a new custom entry found in the Custom NPC palette in the Special Custom 1 category called Level Me NPC. To put a Level Me NPC into your module, view the area that you want him in then simply click on the custom Level Me NPC creature and click where you want him in the area. It works just like a creature chosen from the standard creature palette does. Of course, you can customize your Level Me NPCs just like you can any other NPC in the game using the standard methods. See Readme file for installation instructions and user's guide.

I had been recommending folks use a character builder module if they needed to start the mod at anything other than first level. What I needed was an in game solution, you provided it, this is great, easy to use, good documentation, all understandable by a novice scripter like me, this has the lot. Im off to look at your other stuff, see where I can use that! Thank you very much.
Tyndrel.

Some guy in the voting area didn't know how to install this so here it is:
Download the zipfile you see above.
Use WinZip or some other file decompression program to unzip the contents of the zip file into a folder. In that folder you'll see a readme file that tells you the rest.
