Heh. YEah if you are using this or the Gygax pack sets remember to add the henchman script set to the creture you intend. You will also need to add the conversation file to their conversation. Not difficult stuff but but it may help speed your implementation some.
Seems to work well but they are just bastardized henchman scripts with some vocabulary changes and such. I have gone through them and dropped all of the +blocked+ conversation nodes that dont work with my pack animal.

I just d/l'd this and the Gygax pack animal erf listed and they seem eerily similiar down to the same problem. They dont follow me even if I adjust the distance I want them to stay from me. They just stand and watch me go away, happily eating grass and chewing cud.
