While I understand trying to compensate for teleportation, (telepathy is a non factor since you can script or possess the vrock to have it speak with pc.) you have basically hacked the vrock a bit too much. And for teleportation why not just script it on userdefined to bounce around when damaged too much or just give it the blink dog ability. Scripts like these dont help non-DnD players appreciate the game or the creatures. Anyone can post a semi or ultra buffed creature onto the forum if they follow your example.
Use a little imagination or workaround before you put a creature on here.

higher SR
higher damage reduction is FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR from compensating for lack of teleport or telepathy.
Anyone can edit there own creatures instead of downloading yours.
