Ocea the Mermaid. You could use her as a warrior in some underground sea cavern (the kind where NPC's/PC have to wade through the water up to their waists) I have made her level 20 fey, but you could make her whatever takes your fancy really. These can move on land, but it looks a tad odd unless you add wings to her of course *grins* You must have CEP to use her as seen.
