Improved Undead Zombies Override Current Version: 1
So you went ahead and downloaded [Undead Redux] and [Improved Ghouls] and now your dead have never looked so good.
but are sixesthrice's improved skeletons making your zombies look even worse than before?
are you afraid to place one more dried-up,shriveled-looking ape-thing that is supposed to pass as a zombie?
well fear no more.
with these in your override your zombies will finally strike fear into your wandering party of do-gooders!
to use simply extract the contents of this .rar file and place in your override.
instant gratification.
currently overrides the 4 standard bioware zombies
zombie_Common
Zombie_Rotting (this one uses a bleeding and blood splatter vfx attached to the model..its quite gory)
Zombie_Warrior01
Zombie_Warrior02
Known Issues:
Because the original zombies had some ENVMAPS specified I had to blank out those references in order to achieve alpha layers on the models, namely Warrior01,Warrior02 and Rotting.
in rows 195,196 and 197
because of this an Appearance.2da had to be included in this package (currently compatible with Undead Redux and patch 1.69-beta 4)
this is something I do not like but it has to be done, so if your going to use them you will have to add them to your own appearance.2da otherwise the transparant parts will show up metallic in game and in toolset.
I also threw in an override version of the default Mohrg (not shown) for good measure (all credit goes to sixthrice though for this one, I just used his improved skeleton in place of the original)
CREDITS:
Head meshes and texture originally designed by Diademus and modified (with his permission) for use in this override.
some Armor models originally designed by DLA for the premium module "Wyvern Crown over Cormyr" available now in patch 1.69 beta and modified by myself for use in this override.
Textures for Armor and Aged Bone goes out to Sixesthrice and his magnificent submission 'Undead Redux' and should not be overlooked. a must have for any serious undead affectionados.
Improved Zombie Override: Currently overrides the 4 default bioware Zombies with IMO these better models, also overrides the default Mohrg with again IMO a better version.
the only reason for the 2da entry is that without it the 'see through' parts of the clothing and the zombies hair will instead have a metallic sheen. difficult to describe but very noticable once seen.
you can simply copy/paste the zombie lines and paste them to your own. since they utilize the same name as the standard zombies there is no need to further alter them in anyway, they are meant to override.
I really like what you've done, however, I cannot currently use it for fear of compromising a different override. When extracting, I find "appearances.2da" in jeopardy. Any suggestion as to how I could use both?

i managed to solve the bloodcolor-problem myself. since there is nothing else to complain (other than the fact, thet all modules could need some extra zombies now :D), here is my vote.
