No perma death. If you die you go to one of 3 death planes (Dez's Modified Respawn & Afterlife System, RC3). Levels 6 and below can respawn with no hit to xp or gold.

Here is some info on us:
1. It uses CEP2.1 to down load Link That is the only hak you will need. (most servers require you to have that)
2. Resting is done if you have a Bedroll and Rations. You do have a wait period between rest.
3. Though it is based off of Nordock, it is not Nordock. It does have some of the same names as to keep the feel. Almost all of the 350+ areas in the mod that players can access are custom made.
4. We have created a history to the land that the players can use to help with their RolePlay. This history will have clues to other quest that will be implemented in the mod. We are in the process of creating one epic quest that players can do and start working on it on low levels.
5. We are a roleplay server, but are not strickly roleplay.. Hack and slash type players will have fun there too, which is why we installed a quest generator. This way you hack 'n slash type can get your own personal quest thats sends you all over the mod.
6. Low to mid Magic. Meaning you will find +1 and +2 items and maybe even +3, But anything higher than that will have been given out from DM ran quest. +5 is the highest I will allow the server to go. Those such Items will be rare. The Higher the + the more rare it gets.
7. We have an freindly and active DM team that bring the server alive for the players to enjoy.
8. Player ran guilds are allowed and encouraged. But they do need to be approved by the head dm.
9. We are using a custom spawn system that blows bioware's system out of the water. It has allowed us to do amazing things with mod by controlling the spawned monsters, traps, and placables.
10. Custom races are only allowed after a Dm has approved it. This is to keep specail races, just that special.

A good start but it is obviously still heavily under development. Thank you for making the modules available to download. That is a really nice touch that most gameworlds dont do.

I do appreciate your comments Tauranga_Armitage, but it is very obvious you never made it out of the starting area. I can agree to "Some nice maps and the traditional strengths of Nordock." But out of the 300+ areas only 10 are heavly modified version of the original Nordock. It is based off of the ideology of Nordock, but there is a whole new theme in this Nordock. None of the old quests are there, the death system is new, the creatures are new, the History of the land is new. I would invite you to come back and really give it a go instead of making a quick judgement.

Unfortunately not much RP at all when I have visited. It also really did seem like it was just a copy of the central ideas from all the old Nordock mods. Yes they have added new stuff - but this is not an "original" mod in any way. Some nice maps and the traditional strengths of Nordock.

A fantastic world for RP, with many amazing players. Not too crowded, with new content being added every few DAYS. A great place to call home.

I love playing on this server. My other server I played on was a Nordock server, this is defenatly not a Nordock server. He has done a wonderful job. Not just him but the builders and scripter people he has. He constantly tells us that this is not just his server, but the every ones that plays, builds, and scripts for him. He truley believes this server belongs to all.

I just love it. Always somethign to do even if no one is online. Plenty of RP opertunity, and even thou i am new to online RP, the players and Dm have been so helpfull with it and understanding with my lack of experience. You should try it at lest and find out for yourself if you like it.

I appreciate your comment and post Boris_the_Barbarian, but you apperantly did not fully look at the mod. There is only 10 heavly modified areas from the original Nordock mod just to keep the feel for history sake. All other areas are New, the spawn system are new, the monsters are new, the quests are all new. Even the Death system is new. I would kindly ask that you fully look at the mod before calling us a "Just another Nordock".

Well I do have to vote for my self lol. But the vote I give my world is not for me, but for all the hard work my Devers, Scripters, DM's, and Players have put into it. So I give them a vote of 10 for every thing they have done to make Dawn of Nordock what it is.
Currently invinoveritas I am working Hard on my world. But I do thank you for the vote and the offer!
