Elder is a persistent world for NWN that we believe is a bit different from the others. First off, we are geared towards older players, most of us being in our 30's. There are no d00dz here, hopefully that remains the same. Instead, we are attempting to create an immersive storyline and tabletop experience for the casual gamer. Main Text: The main goal of Elder is to create a long-standing world where characters feel like it is their home. We encourage liberal usage of the /dm channel and for players to engage their DM. Elder requires a hak and a password to use the server. Potential players are asked to post their desire to play on our forums or contact one of the administration via email or PMs. We hope you give us a look, we could always use some new friends around the table.

I enjoyed playing on this server. The landscape is gorgeous. The npc's are interesting. The fellow players are also helpful. Elder is an intense role-playing experience.
A ton of work went into this project and it is well laid out. A crafting system is in place. Im not for sure if all the bugs are corrected in it but it did help pass the idle hours. The last time I played on this server two DM's immediately set up a quest for me to adventure on. So player support is there from my experience. My only complaint is the large hak file associated with the PW. I did spend some time downloading, but what do you expect when you want custom content?

Elder is pnp for nwn. Nowhere else will you find a place with such a rich history, strong roleplayers, and excellent DMs. Elder is one of those places you can immerse yourself in. A truly unique world.

If you bought NWN in hopes of one day finding a online enviroment that would be similiar to a tabletop experience this is the world you're looking for. The DM's invest in each character and strive to make them fit into the entire story.
This is a total immersion game, complete with gorgeous scenery, mind blowing plots and extensive world storyline/history.

This world is varied, you get immersed quickly into it. It is a large, high quality designed world, with many, many areas to explore.
