The realms of Arion is a custom world built from the ground up. The lives of our players are added to the server, we build all the areas and the props that players need for their characters. With more then 350 areas and 6 DMs there will always be something to do. Very few restrictions as the emphasis is on role playing. No nerfing of abilities, no banning of Tells. The world is built for Roleplayers and as such is adapted to them.

Despite what they say, the roleplay on this server is strikingly poor. The majority of the playerbase plays painfully cliched characters, there is no depth to them, backstories and roleplay fall under the "Monkeys at Typewriters" catagory. Most intelligent roleplayers will be torn somewhere between jaw-dropping disbelief and physical pain.
While world construction is decent, its unoriginal, a massive collection of Vault public systems and scripts. No real uniqueness to it, a bit hive of slapped together, default CEP material, that, while not poor quality, identical content can be found on fifty other servers.

Arion is the best. The DMs and players all take an active interest in building plots for individual players. Arion defines what a good RP server should be.

Been playing it for about 2 months - great world. I have nothing to say that hasnet been said. (I really would have given it a 9 with most wolds ranking 5, however the scale is so skewed that this is the only way to move it up the list. Many of the worlds higher on the list are NOWHERE NEAR as good.)

By far the best RP PW I've played on. Arion is balanced for almost any kind of player. Of course it promotes role-playing but it isn't stuffy and rigid, there's alot of flexibility about what characters you can play and the best thing about it is that should you decide to become a well-known member of the RP community, the DMs and players will help suit the campaign to your character. Players and DMs are welcome to submit areas to add on to the server. I've never seen the kind of community build this server offers.
I have been playing on Arion since the fall of last year... the players are friendly and courteous, and the DMs are active as well as responsive to player needs and sggestions. A good place to visit and an even better place to live. this really is a great server for anyone who loves role playing as well as soem hack 'n slash action.

Haven't played NWN in over a year till I started playing Arion.I really like the strong roleplay and player involvement I've seen here.That alot of new players have been drawn here too and staying says more about how good and fun this server is than anything I could say.

A wonderful world with DMs that listens and helps the players to have fun. The rules are commom sense which gives both responsibility and respect to the players.

A great world. A great group of players and dms. Lots of scripted quests to get new players on their way and its seems there are dm run events nightly. These range from a short raid or quest to drawn out campaigns. The player base is spread out from europe to the states, so there are always players on and most are very helpful. Do yourself a favor and stop by.

This is easily one of the best servers I've ever been on. The DM's are almost always on and whenever I want to strike up a conversation with an NPC I just have to ask. If you want your characters appearance altered you just have to ask. Really, they'll do anything to help you out and this is what makes Arion such a great place.
