Terrapin is an ever growing persistant world, developing over a 'realistic' mapping of terrain.
Many challenges await the unwary from complex areas to crafty and often brutal foes.
04.12.10 - We're back, after a long technical hiatus, with plans to keep working on the world and new things for it.
Some included features: Throwable Melee weapons (and returning weapons also), CT's Destination Rod, TS Fishing, Enchanting Gems. World map available for download here in RAR format.
This is the dragon's-eye view of Terrapin, with town names. The map is built from screenshot captured maps. The map is subject to change at the whim of the world builders and may (does!) change from time to time.

Fantastic, hats off to C-Tripps and Namli for creating this huge world and keeping it updated and running so smoothly for us all. I have been playing on Terrapin since it first went online back in 2003, and whether I played a struggling level one character or took a high level party on a raid of the Castle Anobaith, WE HAD TONS O FUN. The mod scales perfectly to provide an excellent challenge and months of enjoyment for everyone. Oh, and it's a great place to craft some amazing stuff, meet folks, and even go fishing.

Runboard is a bit.. odd. I think it takes a bit for things like memberships to be updated there.

I cant sign in on the Guild Web site. I made an account, but it just ignores it. Whats up with that. Is it broken? Theres not even a E-mail address to ask help from. Anyone?

My very own shameless plug of this world here for anyone who cares/takes the time to read. :: grins ::
Terrapin encompasses many things including (but not limited to) a very large layout, custom encounters, custom 'beefed up' creatures, in-depth ATS crafting, unique idealism on areas/world mapping, special custom player items, and so much more.
I've been with Terrapin since the beginning and I've seen too many changes and revisions to list here. The world is not perfect and there are many things that can be fixed... but I have faith and a love for this world.
All I really have to say to anyone and everyone is to just give the world a chance as Terrapin seems to grow constantly. (some things good, some things bad)
Stop in and spend a few weeks here and I am convinced that you will find Terrapin as your new home Online. (although a few weeks would do this world little justice - I still believe that Terrapin is a gem waiting to be found by the masses of players)
