I wont list them here, but there are not many. Common sense is all that is required to play within the rules. We hold to a "golden rule" philosphy: dont do something to someone else unless you would allow someone to do it to you, and if someone asks you not to PVP with them, dont. Its that simple.

Respawn or be raised/ressurected to return to the wilds for another shot at glory. A small xp/gold penalty is deducted from players level 3 and up.
The Realm of Tharagon is an RP dedicated server with a ton of custom content that is designed for your RP fun.
Headlining the custom content is a system that bypasses the Bioware Party, similar to the No Party System (NPS) used on Lands of Acheron before it went offline. Our NPS style system is slightly different, but the idea is the same. It enhances RP and reduces powergaming all at once.
New! Lord of Worms excellent tilesets! Unbelievably rich overland experiences now await you with fully walkable mountains, deeply detailed swamps, beautiful coastlines, meandering deserts, and smoothed hills in the forests!
Shayan's Subrace Engine, complete with several custom subraces, the SimTools chat command package, Jaga's Seamless Area Transitions (really cool, you have to try it to believe it), the DMFI DM wandset, and a unique death system complete with multiple death planes and carryable corpses/raisable corpses are all to be found in our world.
The development team is constantly working to improve an already wonderful product, and the result is an amazingly dynamic world, where players actions can result in changes to the module. Build an inn in the wilds, and watch a small town grow around it as the people of Throst come to settle the new area!

The roleplay more than the actual module itself is really what makes Tharagon great. This is defiantly one of those worlds that is defined by those who dwell in it.
That said, the world itself is a beauty. ^_^

Definately one of the best RP servers Ive ever played on. The custom content and the party system make this server addicting and extremely fun. Dms tend to do events quite often and players have control over how the world changes. I would suggest this server to anyone who enjoys rp servers.

Excellent Server, Been around for a Few months on RoT, the features are brillant and the only thing stopping me from giving it a 10 is a lack of NPC quests, Though I don't think thats very important.

Been playing on this server for a little over a year now. I've never been in a position where I didn't have fun, and my characters were accepted and welcomed right away. Always a blast, and even moreso with new and veteran players alike!

Realm of Tharagon lag issue: resolved. Had a bad hard drive, and it was needing repair, and that has been completed. Lag is now non-existent. Come try us again.

Seems like it could be a decent world, lots of little add ons like subraces and deities, but the lag is terrible, one server was empty and still had awful lag, tried other server with only 4 players online and it was much worse.

Great gameworld. Unlike many other places I've played, the continuous maps give it a much more realistic feel. You get the sense that the world is alive and changing.

Quality quality quality. The players, the world and the DMs are all first-rate. I've been a player in RoT since it's first days, and I will be until it's last days. There is a reason we all love this server, so come try it out!

Fantastic server with the two most important things - a group of fair enthusiastic and present DMs and a group of players who are roleplayers at heart and are always willing to help new people. The well designed gameworld, of course, helps immensely.

A great PW. Good players, great DM's and totally addictive.
This is a world where the Admin listen to ideas and take them onboard if they are suitable. Where players play fair so draconian rule changes are not handed down. A world that is actually evolving.

Have been playing here now since the server opened. DM's are very dedicated to expanding the world and keeping it the best place to play. Players can have major lasting effects on the lands. All in all, I could not think of a better place to spend my time in NWN. Keep up the good work guys!
