There is no way you have played long enough to view a 5th of the content on Athas Reborn. Less than one month can't possibly cut it.

I found it pretty average, The amount you have to download to play it makes it not really worthwhile unless your a big fan of the darksun setting.

Athas Reborn is growing more and more each and every day. If you want a good PW server to play on, AR is the way to go.

I would like to apologise to everyone on this server for my comments last year. My claims were unfounded and I was angry because things weren't going my way on the server and in real life. I took things out on the wrong people and although I had differences with one person it was not right to attack the whole server. I apologise for this and even though I have not apologised earlier I was still allowed back onto the server. Such is the compassion of the Dm's/owner etc. as I could have been perma banned. I hope my actions have not damaged the server too much as It is a great place to play. Sorry to those that matter.

I love it here. Very unique atmosphere, unique critters, friendly players and roleplaying is encouraged but not a rule. Yeah my type of pw for sure.

Started there today and it made an excellent first impression. Attractive world, met some friendly players who didn't mind helping a newbie out. And there is a good DM around. It's a bit of a lethal world, but then you *are* playing in a parched desert on a dying world...

I have played on this for about 6 months now and continue to play daily. I stick with my rating of 10. Contrary to what Voltaris says there is no favoritism here and if some players DM and then play villains I have found them to be professional and seperate the two roles. PvP can be a frustrating experience on any server and players will take what advantage is available but Heatstroke has dealt with these incidents fairly. All in all this is a fair server and most players do not get involved with PvPing unless they want to. This is a GREAT place...give it a try for yourself, there truly is something for everyone here.

I have played on this server for over 3 years and even though I have tried other ones I always come back. As close to Darksun as you can get and getting closer all the time. Fair amount of quests, all the races of Darksun and then some, epic gear, and great PVP. If ya don't like to get killed,learn to survive or eat sand. Roleplaying lacks at time but there are some great RP's here. Lately DM's aren't on as much but they are busy making the game better on the inside. Overall a great server, fully worth the time I spend on it and will spend on it in the future.

i aprov voltaris comment they dont accecpt you if you beat them they are bad losers and they use bad tricks against you if you win too much fight

I have seen this server grow and develop over the years, gradually incorporating more and more Dark Sun custom content. Athas Reborn is an awesome place; pace yourself, it can be overwhelming!

It really does deliver a quality experience. There is something for everyone here: PvP, epic quests, magic items that you create with custom formulas using ingredients that you find throughout the game world on fallen monsters. I can see why this server is still around and still supported by many; good scripting, an expansive world, and continued support by staff who are enthusiastic about the setting of Dark Sun.

I heard Voltaris got banned for breaking the server rules disrespecting staff and players, and when he got slapped with a 1 month ban really shot himself in the foot by threatening the server admin, saying somethings about getting all his friends to write bad things about the server, guess thats what this is all about.

It's the greatess server in neverwinternight world cool players and DMs quest are very good ho yes dont forget the psionnist class.

This is a great world, although I wish there we more people on it. It can be a little lonely playing.
The only issue I've had is with the Athas Forum. My registration has been dropped twice, for no reason that I can understand...and I've had no response when I've asked for help
