Does this hak make it possible for the Player to change cloaks in Game. In other words, is there a way to modify a Cloak so that once equipped it changes the Neck on a suit of armor to display a cloak for the Neck piece?

I tried this out and for some reason the toolset crashes
when i use the quiver(it works fine in the preview window
but when I equip the item on a npc the toolset crashes.) I
really like the idea and hope everything works out.

I tried to view you file (to use a viewer to copy over the
Parts_neck file) but it is all in Binary and I cannnot
view it. Is ther something else I need to use beside
NWNExplorer to copy over the files????? Thanks
