Here is an open beta test of the New Faerun Orcs I been working on. They are inspired by Peter Jackson's vision , and some have more of a traditional D&D armor look so you have choices. There are 5 models and a basic orcish huge warblade, and a module to test them out. Models include: Scout, Talon Leader, Footsoldier, PJ style Urak, Bloodguard. Enjoy, Mark Final hak pak will have about 6 orcish weapons, a new voiceset, and possibly a caster model. Please post any comments and bugs as your input will shape their final look.

Why do directors get all the credit? The chances that PJ actually designed the Orcs is roughly zero. The chances that he was truly influential in their design (other than as a veto) is close to nil.\
While I'm at it: George Lucas probably designed 1% of the Star Wars movies. I get so sick of fanboys and their hero-worship regarding film. Film is an ENORMOUSLY COLLABORATIVE PROCESS okay?

BLa,
If you read the description , I stated they were based off of Peter Jackson's designs, with a few new armor designs also. I have another orc designed (pikeman) and will also complete a shaman when I have time, so the next update will have the two new models plus the new orc weapons and shields I made.

hopefully Delay_lamer,
I been hired for a 1 year contract for a visual effect project so I been mostly absent from the Nwn crowd. The gig ends in June, so I should have some time again to work on freebie stuff.

This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 1 that made this score of 9.

Gruumush just demoted all the other orcs in my creature hak-pak to halfbreeds and servitor races (you, know, some of those really really cool ones from Fiend Folio)

Also not all the orcs in the hak pak are based off LoTR armor look - 2 are, 3 are not so you can use the LoTR armor if you want or not. There are a total of 5 models.
that way everyone is happy.

Yeah, I took the skin color off the FR book 1000 orcs - they look greyish green on the cover. These orcs are kind of a cross breed between the book cover and the LoTr movie look.

Great models, but there is one small problem -- they are really only fit for LoTR modules, simply because they are Uruk-Hai orcs or at least look that way.

Skin could be more brown\red to look more like in movies, instead of red leather could be natural wolf leather and i see u used standard halforc bodymodel that i dont like (tiny foots and giant shoulders, they lokk like a piramid pointed down) id like if u use body model more like coming hobgoblins

If I didn't know better I would think they were some kind of undead. They look a bit too pale to be orcs. Otherwise they look great. A real improvement of the crappy orcs supplied in the toolset.
