Excellent work as always but one thing I might offer, not as a criticism but just in the interests of file size is reduce the tga to 256x256 and convert it to a dds file instead.

This drops the compressed filesize from 413k to 45k (uncompressed 1.4 megs to 400k). Quality drops a bit of course but not so much the savings aren't worth it for some.
