This is the updated portrait pack for the 'Heart Of The South' series of modules. As well as providing some extra choices for characters, it also contains the NPC portraits for the second part (due to be released in the near future). They have been taken and reformatted from the works of Brom. Developers or players could use them with other modules if they were interested in a slightly twisted / gothic setting.

I guess so...well, it was fairly easy to fix... just a simple book on the control key and hitting I, S, Close. (Invert, Save, Close) a few times rapidly. Took about 2 minutes =) _________________________ The VIVE NWN Project.

This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 2 that made this score of 10.00.

It's a problem I ran into when trying to create the hak pak, that was like 7 or eight months ago. Big confusion about file compression and stuff. If you use the hak in the game, as supplied - they are the right way up.
This is where my responsibility ends, if you want to play with the files inside - go for it, but I'm too busy building to go back down that road.
Hope you figure it out, feel free to play about. Certain formats crash the NWN engine when saving, I just breathed a sigh of relief when my hak worked :)

when I downloaded the pack and used nwnexplorer to export the files, everything was upside down! maybe you can look into the problem?

Downloaded, unzipped and used - I fear you must have been unlucky. I advise you to try again, post again if you continue to have problems and I will investigate the matter further.

I fear my point was missed. I suffered a 'collision' - causing the downloads to reset to zero (since reset by admin). This is the first problem I have heard of with openning the file, so I will download it now and unzip it myself to check.

Probably the reason for the high downloads rating of late is that the file seems to have become corrupt. I cannot open it in Winzip as it's missing data. Thus people try like I just di to redownload it. Might want to re-upload a fresh version to insure that that gets fixed. Thanks ;)

Something screwy has happened to my downloads figure, it was 1000+ (similar to the module it is associated with). have emailed the vault - just didn't want the low figure to put anyone off.

Just thought I should mention something (since far more people have d/l this hak than the module - presumably for use with their own projects). Some of the portraits are assigned as plot characters and will not appear on the general gender / race based selections. Just wanted to make that clear, so people were getting the most use they could out of it.

A brilliant hakpak, loads of splendid pictures sourced from all over, very useful, not to mention very pretty!

Apologies for leaving this for so long. As you will have read the portraits are mainly intended for use in the module I have been developing (I only really expected Brom fanatics to be interested otherwise).
After a frantic moving (of country AND flat :), I finally got myself sorted out and posted the module - the introductory part of a series. Still, I hope those who d/l the portraits liked them.
