Here are my version of mini skirt (or micro if you want). Most of the skirt on the vault are more 'cheerleader skirt' very large, this one are more 'skinny'. This one are maybe more destinate to modern mod. There are a belt and a pelvis version, that are the first I made and there are certainly not perfect, but I will improve them ! I be on working on different clothes models, and will post soon more and better models.
Recent Update : all female races added and large phenotype version (err, scary !!). This is the V1.0 and should be complete, the next version will contain news textures and adapted for HotU.

v0.3 version is here. I'm not sure to make the final release v1.0, because I wait of HoU for the robes option :)
and moreover I'm modeling other objects (not only clothes). I haven't so much time, so I will certainly do a final version of miniskirt but please be patient.
