'Why Knock on the door ?' use this hackpack and you can remove the door and the back wall in the same go. Whether you wish to stage a minor skirmish or a full blown military siege, this hack adds a plethora of siege engines and military contraptions. All models are based on real life Medieval machines of war to add more color and detail for those wall bashing, castle storming needs.

okay ignore my last comment, i've found a way to get them work.
Info;
I've got all the addon's/expactions(sp?) and the latest patches.
i used a placeable like the woodpile (well i did lol) and changed the appearence type to the large catapult from this hakpack.
Tested it in-game and no problems i could see (i.e. i didn't walk through the catapult)
you can then 'add to palette' the placeable thats been changed. It would be advisable to use a military object to alter because when you add to palette it saves the placeable in the catergorie that the orginal placeable was from

Hail! Sorry about the empty post! I uploaded a hakpak containing animated versions of these models on Saturday, February 19th. I don't know how much longer it will be before the hakpak actually shows up. The uploaded hakpak, which will eventually appear on its own page, includes an updated version of Some_ux's demo module, the SiegeAnim hakpak itself, and an erf containing premade placeables.
Hail! I should be finished with animations for these this week. I've done 17 models so far. I am also adding animated versions of Bioware's catapult, ballista, and battering ram, as well as bolt and stone projectile models that can be used with the giant boulder-hurling spell to allow the engines to fire bolts and stones of an appropriate scale. There are some quirks to some of the models that make the animations look slightly less than fully realistic. The main issue is the sling that the various stone-hurlers use. I decided not to replace the existing sling model at this time, so the slings do not unfurl the way they would in a real siege engine. They are still a lot better than having no activation animations at all. I may revisit these and put in a sling model that does unfurl, but that will have to wait a bit.
Hail! I am working on adding Use animations to these placeables. I decided to start with the trebuchet because its motion is a bit more complicated than those of the other siege engines in the package, and I like to tackle the harder stuff first. The trebuchet animation looks good, so I am going to move on to the next object. It shouldn't take too long to get the rest of the objects animated. The animations I am adding are the activation/deactivation animations (off2on, on, on2off, and off), which allows them to be triggered easily by using the ANIMATION_PLACEABLE_ACTIVATE and ANIMATION_PLACEABLE_DEACTIVATE selections with the PlayAnimation command. I'll post them in a hakpak when I have them finished.
Your Humble Serpent,
Snake

If some_ux contributions didn't exist, one would have to invent them. Essential to any good NWN module.
Just to let you know, I created some scripting to use siege weaponry. Its on the vault, and you can also get it through my web page. (see my sig) Awesome work on the siege! Congrats on getting it into CEP too.-Urthen - nwn.paranoidstudios.com

Im afraid I havent got the time to update this hak, not in the foreseeable future anyhow.
Regrettably, it is unlikely I could produce new Custom content if I was bogged down with constant updates for each of my previous projects. After all, I can only have so much free time at my disposal.
But dont worry, I havent been idle, I am working on new things.
