This is a simple override file which allows you to use any single voiceset in the game at character arbitration.
Usage: Each folder is labeled with an appropriate sex. Simply copy+paste the appropriate 2da (located within the file) into your NwN/Override directory.

Two things, first this is defiantly the better of all the HOTU voice sets out there, regardless if you have to switch them out to get the opposite gender. Second, after 13,708 dls (and no ratings) you deserve a 10 for keeping your cool. _________________________ You can't destroy what was never there....

Too many people have problems with the .rar files.
Granted it is a superior compression.. but until
it is a -universal- compression I suggest offering
a regular ole' .zip for those of us who arent able
to get the files open.

Leo is right the SOU one is both soundsets male and female working together just fine. So what if you can not us the badger for a voiceset. I ask why would a PC char have a badger or crag cat ? Personally I would like to see all the junk removed from the soundset2da file and have it done properly. If I knew how I would.
Hey Kenji, nice to see that some old friends are still on. Shame I still won't use anything you make.

Any plans for releasing a HOTU portrait unlocker? You know how much E-love people would give you for something like this.

So, correct if I'm wrong, if I am using a male voice that is accessible with this override, and I switch over to female, will I still hear the male voice I have previously used?

--Actually this is the first time i've seen voice 2da's seperated by gender. The 2da i used for SOU had all the standard voice sets and unlocked all the npc's ones as well for both genders.(i used the male veteran paladin and the desert warrior one) I still only got the choice for male voices when I made a male charcter and vice versa. I guess its not a big deal since i always create male characters. If i ever create a female character I'd just have to switch out the 2da correct? and regardless of which 2da I have in my override I'll still hear anyone using them correct?

There's a simple answer to that. My 2da's allow for every single voice in the game. The 2da's you downloaded allowed only the standard voices, and the npc's labeled as females by bioware.

Leo, are you sure? All the 2da files I've seen in the past have needed to be segregated by male and female.
Posted by Leo ( ..xxx.xxx ) at 2003-12-09 09:07:00
In the past(SOU). I only needed one 2da and I had access to both male and female. Is there a reason they are seperate now?
