I like them. especially the regular style swords, seems NWN has the Fantasy styles, but hardly any plain style weapons. the large greatsword is my favorite. _________________________ Snafe Composed: What is a game without music? Neverending Nights - A NWN Machinima

These are the only weapons I ever use (for the most part anyway) in my mods. Way better than any of the original Bioware*bleep*.

You forgot to add in Sauron's mace. Great job on the weapons overall though! :)

For people who are having trouble getting the whole thing to work, here's what isn't made clear in the readme.
You have to extract the files to your override directory using the nwhak program, which is in your utils directory under nwn. Then, you add the hak to your mod as described below, using the edit>module properties function in the toolset. Now, what took me a while to figure out, is that the weapons do not appear in your items pallette; you have to create them yourself. What has been added are the models for you to construct them with. So, for instance, if you want to create Aragorn's ranger sword you create a new greatsword (although I would've put this one under bastard swords). Now, go to the appearance tab, and the models are now available for you to use. Hope this helps.

For some reason my original post didn't get...um, well, posted. So, anyway, here it is again.
If you want to make your Elven sabre (Arwen's sword) a light weapon so that it functions with the Weapon Finesse feat, here's what you do:
There are six files in your override directory, three .MDLs and three .TGAs that need to be renamed as follows:
WSwSc_t_071.mdl to WSwRp_t_051.mdl
WSwSc_m_071.mdl to WSwRp_m_051.mdl
WSwSc_b_071.mdl to WSwRp_b_051.mdl
iwswsc_t_071.tga to iwswrp_t_051.tga
iwswsc_m_071.tga to iwswrp_m_051.tga
iwswsc_b_071.tga to iwswrp_b_051.tga
Next, you need to open the three .MDL files in notepad and run a search for all instances of the original filename, (without the .mdl extension) replacing them with the new name. save the files.
Hadhafang is now a rapier, and therefore a light weapon. If you want it to do slashing damage as it should, see my other post.

Here's a follow-up to my previous post about changing the Elven sword to a light weapon. If you want the sword to do slashing damage instead of piercing (which is much more accurate) then you have to modify your baseitems.2da file. Open the file in Notepad, find the "rapier" entry (it's number 51), then scroll over to the "weapon type" column and change the '1' to a '3'. This will change all of your rapiers to slashing weapons, but since the pictures are all sabres rather than rapiers anyway, it doesn't really matter. (I don't know why Wizards of the Coast decided that a rapier looked like a sabre, but the mistake was made in the PHB and has apparently been carried over. A rapier is a long, STRAIGHT, double-edged thrusting sword with a flexible blade.) I also changed the icon on mine, because I thought the cutlass looked kinda dumb with this sword. I don't have a place to post the files, but if anyone wants them he can just email me.

After you export said files into override, open the toolset, edit, module properties, and theres a dragdown list below a box. find the correct hak for it.
