This is the updated final release of the Owlbear model. Most all the changes are to the animations, redid the run animation to be a 4 legged trot instead of a 2 legged run. As well as fixing a problem in al anims where there was little or no vertical movement by the model, due to some lost keyframes. The animations are a huge improvement over the original 1/2beta released versions, and are the final release. Other fixes include fixing the appearance.2da to auto associate the included portraits whenever the Owlbear is selected as an appearance. Also included is a .erf file for import that contains the 3e fully modified version of an Owlbear for drag and drop Owlbears after the .haks installed. The Owlbear Refined file does not work, this is the proper download. Anyone having problems with no anims, its due to downloading the Owlbear Refined file which is FUBAR... this is the real final release

This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 36 that made this score of 8.43.

First of all, nice work on this much-needed model.
I'm having a couple of problems with it: 1) the shadows it
creates are wrong, and 2) it seems to be able to get too
close to a portcullis. I think I can fix #2 by tweaking
the appearance.2da, but I have no idea how to address #1.
Anyone have the same problem? Haelix can you fix this?

What a great model Haelix, I was looking and discovered you
have a future project in making Ringwraiths from LOTR!!!!!
I hope you have them soon, and keep up the good work!

While we're talking about the tradition of the fantasy
Genre, it might interest people to know that Tolkien was an
avid studier of mythology, and used his knowledge of that
to develop Middle-Earth. In fact, even the One Ring can be
found in Greek Legends (although the name has slipped my
mind for the second). Orcs, however, are Tolkien's
Creation, and they are corrupted elves. If anyone here has
read The Hobbit, they'll quickly realize that Tolkien
initially used Goblins, and changed to Orcs halfway through
the book. Ents and Balrogs are also his invention,
although I suspect in name only, having largly borrowed
from different mythologies. And AD&D simply began as a way
to find a way into Tolkien's World.
Well Anyway, Tolkien is the Grandfather of fiction.
Oh yeah, and the OwlBear is sweet!

Everytime I try to put an owlbear in the mod with the
owlbear hak used, the correct one, it looks like a kobold.
I have put the owlbear hak file in the hak folder and the
owlbear erf in the erf folder. What am I doing wrong?
