Description
This is a set of 39 Rokugan based placeables. It includes clan flags, Tori gate, shrine, shelter, stone lanterns and others. New to this version are weapons. 2 Naginata (2 tops, 3 shafts, 1 bottom) and 3 Bisento(3 tops, 3 shafts, 3 bottoms). Fixed a size issue with two of the placeables. Added light models for all the lanterns. The lights are in test mode. Please give criticism (hopefully constructive).

Some useful placeables here. I'm looking to create some properly themed monasteries and these should do the trick.

The hak is only SoU 1.32 compliant for now. I will update for HotU soon. I am adding content when I make that update.

Those were big jars indeed. I fixed them and one or two other minor bugs. I added lights to the lanterns and duplicated them. So there are two of each. One with a light and one without.

I,ll check that out. They worked okay in the test mod. I am sure I just need to reset and export them from GMAX. I was trying to get the light to animate properly so they could be turned on and off. No luck though. I can add lighted ones without much problem at all. They will just stay lit.

I had a similiar problem with the Kimchi Jars! Thats a lot of kimchi! I haven't been able to detirmine what the problem is. Great placeables though.

Kerry great custom content! One question though on the drums or big barrels (three side by side and the two of a lighter shade). I put them into my mega hak and reset up the blue prints to correct models. When I place them in the toolset they look fine. When I play the game the SWELL up like twice the size?!? I didn't even add water? It's really weird! I have combinded thousands of items over the last year and never seen this effect with a placeable? Anyone else see this? I am left scratching my head?

Every thing else looks grand! Perhaps you would consider doing a lighted model of the lanterns?

Thanks for the vote, but I think the 3 in ease of use is unfair. If you download the hak and unzip it, make a new module; add the hak in the custom content tab then import the erf everything places fine. The only mistake are the wardrum entrys which I forgot to delete.

If you look back at the posts, you will see that you first tried to combine the hak. Which by your own admission you did incorrectly. Then you correctly combined them and the entries were displaying the wrong models.

That is unfortunate, but I cannot quality control the hak pack when you modify or change it. Such as combining it with another hak pack. Therefore I feel that the 3 rating for ease of use is due to your own fault. Not anything that I did.

If you are interested the next version will have more placeables (indoor objects) and weapons (naginatas, chinese style broadswords, bisento and large clubs).

Glad you got it working finally. The drums are under drum large and drum medium. The appearance type is Drum_Lrg and Drum_Med, not war drums.

'unexpected end of archive' usually means the download was interupted or incomplete, so you'll need to try downloading again. I had no problems.

Great placables by the way, its always good to see more oriental stuff coming through.

oh an by the way there seems to be no war drums i have them listed in the special/custom1 but there are not any in palet

ok i got it figured out i combined the 2da's but forgot to combine the 2 haks after than but still i had the erf list an it said what you added but i had to go through all in spcial/coustom1 an change all apperance back to what they were supost to be for some reason they were still giving me trees an other apperance things from the orental hak. so if any one else down loads it let me know if the erf apperance's are not right or if it was just me

maybe something with the erf i even tryed to set the appearance of the tree back to the rickshaw but it says its not listed, but its listed in both hak an erf ?

I like what you made here but im having a problem trying to add it to the orental hak all its giving me is the stuff in the orental hak i added ur stuff to the orental 2da an it lists all the stuff in spical/custom1 but its giving me the tree in orental hak when i wont the rekshawan all the other stuff any ideas on how to fix it ??
