Rotex: WOMEN of FANTASY This hak changes all female clothing into 'Fantasy Girl' attire (small pheno only). The reason it was done this way (rather than the proper method of adding more to the list), is because I wanted to be able to find and use regular armor and clothing and still have that 'Fantasy' appeal. The hak includes a cloak which is added to all attire with the 'no collar' neck (neck 0). A few of the heads have been replaced with others that I had picked up from a head-pack. Lisa's head is in there three times with three different textures, one of which is featured on the screen shots. Any of this content may be removed (see README) I hope you enjoy this hak... and to get a feel for the armor variations, check out the included Rotex_ Women of Fantasy Mod, which is just a small fashion gallery that you can grab attire from... or just walk around with a bunch of Fantasy chicks. .rar size = 2.6 Mb
UPDATE:02/02/2004 I appologize for the inconvenience to the first folk who downloaded this package. The module called for hak 'Rotex002' which is the one I use to play-test, and has all kinds of different things on it. If you have such a version of this download, simply rename the hak to Rotex002.hak. This revised version has the correct hak called from the module. Again, sorry for being a pain in you @5s! Dartagnon P.S. I haven't mentioned here that I have also included three of the four robes in the game. The new small pic (above) is an example. I would also like to thank Lisa for all of the insipation!
How nice to have some visually higher AC model options that are on the skimpy side. The seams on the textures do not always line up right at the shoulders and down the sides. This kept us from adding quite a bit of the content to our haks. Sure wish some of these were made into necklace models instead of just torsos. All in all this is a great hak with some minor texture and icon issues. Thanks for sharing your work. Mistress' little red-headed halfling is quite fond of one of the torso models. She wears it everywhere!

Sorry that chest053 was a problem on my end, got it fixed now.

Opps, should be more specific. The files that are missing, 005 and 008, are the mdls only the textures are in the hak.
Posted by Avalon at 2007-06-16 22:08:41 Voted 9.50 on 06/17/07
I give this a 9 as there are two files currently missing. pfh0_chest005 and pfh0_chest008, and chest053 seems to have some texture issues. Other than that they all work wonderfully for me in my hak. I have made it so they do not override the standard bioware models and it is cep compliant; the chests, pelvis and robes only.
If anyone is still interested in this and if it is alright with the original creator I will put up the clothing hak that I created with this in it.

Ok here we go again, first attempt to vote failed.
I give this a 7 since it needs to get some fixing, especially the buggy torsos and the ugly neck 000. And update would be nice as well. Se my post about that thou.

It's a shame that this have gone unupdated for so long. I get the impression that the original creater doesn't do this stuff anymore so someone else have to do it.
Stuff to fix:
*Return neckpice 000 to it's unmodded state.
*Fix the damaged torso parts, some works fine but most do not.
*Add more parts.
*Include some reveling topless parts. I don't want to leave the chest part open for those suits. Just a little somthing.
*Make it CEP compliant, not that it should include those parts but replace them, unless it's parts that fits the team as well.
*Include a nudeskin, sure it is easy to do seperatly but this one should include one from the beginning.
*Most important of ALL keep it as a replacing clothing mod so that it effects existing clothing, replace the added CEP parts as well (some of them). I give this a vote 7. It would have been 9 if the torsos and the neck problem had been fixed.

I *really* want to give this contribution a better score. It is ALOT of work and I feel that with a correction on the texture mapping (texture not lining up) on the pelvis/abdomen parts, it would become a unique and priced piece of art in the community. I promise to check back from time to time, if you decided to undertake this endeavour for us. Thank you !

This really has some great potential. I was hesitating to use it for a module that I am working on, but... I have to agree with Dances_with_Lobsters about textures not lining up on the addomen/pelvis parts if you do a close up. This issue seriously limits the choice of colors (dark ones) and also completely excludes some of the too revealing models.
Having but recently started to learn how to create my own models with GMax, I fully realise how tedious such a work can be. I wish to thank you for your efforts for the community till now. Would you mind looking into the texture issue again please, Dartagnon ?
Thank you for your promising contribution in any case.

Vanilla NWN is just normal NWN w/o the expansions
Posted by Anonymous ( ..xxx.xxx ) at 2004-04-07 06:36:00
does it work in override? so you see all the armors like this, in multiplayer with other peeps not installed it?
For the NWBlouse.hak, you just have to wait for the next Vault update, The add went in right away, but the hak has to wait.
New hak will indeed be NON-REPLACING!
I have no clue as to what Vanilla NWN is, but the above version actually changes the appearance of ALL female clothing, from cloth's to Full-Plate.
If enough of you enjoy the NWBlouse, I may even put out a Rated R version, which would be NON-REPLACING. We'll have to see how the voting goes. I do have a bunch of newly-modeled loose and revealing wears made and ready if the populace would like such a thing.

was anyone able to find the NWBlouse that Dartagnon mentioned in his announcement about the new rotex?

Other than this robes, should this hak work with vanilla NWN?

I'm looking forward to your next version, and hope that it is non replacing.
