This hak contains some placeable Towers I've made for my campaigns. I've used as a base some models from 'MGS All Purpose Placeables Pak 1' (made by M.G.Skaggs), but I've re-textured them. In the hak-pak there are 15 round towers that could be very useful in building your modules. These towers could be used as stand-alone buildings or even as part of standard castles. There are: - four towers that could be used with the good castle of the standard city tilset; - four towers that could be used with the good castle of my city tilset (CityExterior2_1c - Vault Link: http://nwvault.ign.com/Files/hakpacks/data/1073504418034.shtml); - two towers that could be used with my City Rural Forest with Snow (Pas_SnowCRF_1a - vault link: http://nwvault.ign.com/Files/hakpacks/data/1076601403000.shtml). - a tower that coul be used with the standard evil castle; - an ice tower; - three stone towers. The effect in game is quite nice (see the Jpeg image in the archive).
The 'placeables.2da' file in the hak-pak is CEP (COMMUNITY EXPANSION PACK v1.00) compliant, so you can use it 'as is', just copying the file in your hak folder and adding it to your module. Remeber that my hak must have a higher priority in the hak list... If you use your own 'placeables.2da' file, you must add the entries from 5029 to 5043 to it (see the file: 'add this to your placeables.2da' in the archive). NOTES: The entries from 5000 to 5028 refer to other placeables I use in my campaigns: ignore or delete them! This hak uses some textures from the standard NwN only, so it should work with every version of the game, but the 'placeables.2da' includes placeables entries from NwN, SoU, HotU and CEP. I've included the 'erf file' in the archive, but it only works with all expansions installed (SoU, HotU and CEP). After you import the placeables from the erf-file you'll find them in 'Custom' --> 'Civilization Exterior' --> 'Buildings' --> 'Towers & Castles'.

Nice work, I am a fan of MGSkaggs placeable towers, but CEP is giving me a headach. I am using yours currently, but really like the skin of his originals and the pagoda. I need help with the 2da's. I have tried, but can not get everything to meld. One will work but not the other no matter what I do, it is over my head. Can anyone help?

I haven't been able to get this to work. I can import the erf into my mod and the items appear in the list but I can't place them. I click on them and nothing happens.
I've tried it as a hak on its own as well and still no luck.
I have all the expansions installed and am up to date with the game patches.
Any ideas?
