This is a compilation of the old system into a single score. There were 2 that made this score of 10.00.

U'll need to include the corresponding *.mdl. If u've
skinned one of the shields that I skinned then u can just
export the corresponding mdl from the hakpak (ashto_xx is
the tower shield, the other is the large shield) and open
it using notepad. U'll have to change all instances of hte
previous skin to the name of your skin (I think you stil
have to follow the naming convention, i.e ashto_xxx for
towers, etc). Once all references in the mdl are pointing
to your skin and all three files (2 tga's and an mdl) are
named correctly, stick 'em in a hak and load up the toolset.
Voila
If your doing a skin for a different shield then you'll
have to extract its mdl from models.bif (or models01?,
can't remember) using nwnviewer (available on this site)
and convert it to ascii format using ctools mdl2ascii that
I think you can get off this site. After that follow the
steps above. It's all a lot simpler than I make it sound,
but I've had a few.

ok if you cana help me that would me awesome i make my
shield and converted it to tga then make the other tga but
when i go to look at it i see nothing and do i need
something to convert it to mdl?

ok who and where did you go to edit the shilds and such
