To avoid the compatibility problem, change the numbers in Key's files to those still open in HOTU. You have to change the filenames themselves, but also open the .mdl files with a text editor and find all references to the filename and change the number there, as well. It takes a long time, and you should look around to make sure what numbers to use. There is a certain range.

I would love a full replacement pack for Neverwinter Nights. I hate the default heads with a vengence. So boring, and too many ugly faces. Your stuff gives me just what I want. Great job! Yoroshii!
I love the head in the screen shot... but it does bad things in 1.61 if someone could tell me how to modify a head .mdl and .plt to make it conform to 1.61 I would do it... Please help.

the heads are nice, but the ears are, in my opinion, too long for even lodoss modules.
Looking as good as always Key. Nice to see some elf heads with Lodoss style ears that would also fit into the original NwN style.- Wolfsong
