This is an expansion for the ElvenCity by Myself & Pogo Mudder. Brings the original closer to my original intentions. I have uploaded it as a seperate hak because while it will not break an area already built with the ElvenCity hak it does very much change what and how you can build.
The Expansion Introduces: Paintable PLATFORM terrain, Paintable HIGH BRIDGES terrain, Platform terrain is now all-cobble, Platform Versions of most Elven buildings & features, Several new features especially for the platform terrain, Raise & Lower capability for Platform Terrain. This hak does include the reflectivity bug fix (also now in the original as of 5/3/04). One of David Guierra's textures was used in this hak (dg_elfglass) but all other content = Bioware & modified by Little Baron.
Update: Fixed placeables wokmesh issue w/ Platform terrain. Note to Custom tileset builders: The hieght (z axis) of your .wok file mesh really does need to = the hieght of your .mdl aabb node. Ugh.
I downloaded the hak that was posted under 'popular files' on the main vault page on monday 28th June. Do I need to install this as well. Also, how do you merge the files? Thanks guys as this has been a great help for my Suldanesselar mod. :)

Hello, thanks for this fantastic tileset
Well... I have a problem, in yours screenshots I can see the special elven floors around the buildings, but when I place buildings on my area, there are surrounded by forest floor.
I've installed Elven City and the expansion, and I have also both expansions installed and upgraded to version 1.62

Thanks for your tireless troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions, they led me to the solution.
Should be fixed now. If you continue to notice this problem, please take note of exactly which TILE it occurs on as it will likely be tile specific.
Also & to anyone else with a bug-report, I hardly check this page so emailing me is a much better & faster way of getting results.

In regard to the "walk-through-able" placeable issue:
I have used both custom and standard placeables to test the problem.
I have used only your haks in the test mod.
I have used your haks both in the 2 hak configuration (in mod properties, with the expansion listed highest [taking priority]), and as a merged hak; note that both allowed the test mod to load and be played.
I have used multiple areas (1 in Elven City tileset, 1 in rural tileset) in the test mod.
I have used placeables located on platforms and on grass in the Elven City TS to test.
In all cases listed above, placeables were "walk-through-able" only in the Elven City areas.
I hope you can fix this (I would try if I had the remotest idea how); the expansion really increases the utility of the TS; I was very happy when you squashed the reflectivity bug, and my gratitude (and that of my players) for this fix would be (near) eternal.

I am not really sure how to do screen caps. Do you have any advice as to how to get pics for you? FYI I love your tilesets; its work like this (specifically tilesets) that makes NWN the game it is...
Send me a picture of this (placeable issue).
Tilesets and placeables use entirely independant wokmeshes, so I'm not sure how what you are saying (that it is the tileset's fault) is possible, but who knows.

Just verified that it isnt on my end (99% sure).
A pc can actually stand in middle of placable.

Great haks, but I think I may have spotted a bug:
placables on the platforms can be walked through, as if they weren't there.
Perhaps this is an issue on my end; will keep watching for posts.
