Dao -- Version 9.0 -- A Neverwinter style Dao genie. Dao are the evil-loving earth elemental-sprung genies found in the Monster Manual II. The geni family was requested on the idea vault.
Let me know if you think am earth elemental-inspired look would be better for this breed of genie-kind, if you care to. I kind of like the legless look for genies, but what do I know. Thinking of whipping up a legless efreeti noble as well.
good model d00d. i think legless genies make sence.
btw, thx for not using air elemental lower part fot dao ;)

Thanks! Will look into Fomorian(sp? got me) in next few weeks, would be innerestin to see how a_ba animations handle gnarled limbs. Will be cleaning these guys up a little, release as combined hakpak too, maybe add a few female ones. Glad to hear you are dl'ing them, would be a hoot to see one of them in somebody else's mod. And thanks for suggesting the idea, lot of fun whipping them up.

If you manage to finish these... try making the grotesque deformed Formian Giant... I bet if you take a head model of like a hill giant and deform it some and make it bigger than a hill giant and deform other parts of the body some you'd have a good Formarian (my spelling is off on the name).
Just so you know the only Genie that is supposed to sometimes be Legless is the Djinni because, it can take on the whirlwind shape. I don't think any of the others are portraited as legless in most cases but, it still looks cool. :)
I was the one that requested it on the idea vault. Thanks for doing it and I have been downloading them all. Not all your visions are exactly my own but, they are good. :) They also are scaled nicely which gives me something to work with. I think this one is my favorite model you have released. :) The SCALE (size) of the creatures is important. :) You've been doing good there which is the most important thing. Thanks for getting on this as quickly as you did.
