This HakPack enables the use of subraces withing NWN with the help of James 'Halfelf' Stoneburner's character creator 1.2, you can enjoy a feast of subraces which were firsst brought to life in CODI's PC Pack 1. This pack is basically an upgrade on that for HotU 1.62.

ok I tested it and I found some mistakes:
I tried the drow and it seems that the +2 dex and -2 con does not apply during creation. The darkness spell does not work and neither does the spell resistance..
It looks great, but what about the ECL? Drows have a +2 so the character becomes very unbalanced with the drow being a stronger race and all..

This happened to me also. If you do not have the CEP, get it. Go into settings and change the custom .tlk to the CEP's .tlk. If it still freezes up, change the default .tlk path to the actual path (even if it isn't any different).

Dunno if its a big deal, but it dont work. Heh.
Move the override files, replace the tlk, run CC, and after I choose gender and hit races, it freezes.
If I remove the racialtypes.2da, it works fine. But then obviously I have no races to choose.

On the subject of Drow, it seems that the innate 11+level spell resistance is not working. I have not checked the svirneblin.

Actually im in the middle of reading the paths of darkness book 4, and Salvatore does on numerous occasion say Drow Elf.

I don't think they are listed as Drow Elves in any of the source material for D&D, but they get referred to that quite a bit in Forgotten Realms novels (such as in R.A. Salvatore's Drizzt novels).
I myself cannot get the CC to run hence I cannot test for these things. However none of the content interferes with the skills.2da file hence I dont know why that would be a problem.
This pack relates to races not classes, the skills only come into account when selecting classes (correct me if im wrong).

I understand my error in relation to the drow and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Im uploading a new version with that fix as well as some other error fixes.
Also, person whose name does not exist, you should download Character creator 1.2 and read up on how that works before using this pack otherwise you'll only be able to use the races in the toolset

After reading h0t_g33k's response below, my initial response was to look through old material to defend your listing of "Drow Elf". I thought they might have been referenced as Drow Elf in the original Fiend Folio - (c) 1981. However, after doing research, I believe that h0t_g33k is correct -
The race is referred to as "Drow" or "Dark Elf", but not "Drow Elf."
What you have provided to the community, however, is extremely useful. Would it be possible for you to edit the listing to say "Dark Elf?"
