There are wolves and bears Rakshasa (rather good), Barghests (but they just look like blue dogs with strange face), a cow,... you can see them in the models if you have Zoligato's NWNviewer. I haven't tried, but i assume they can be added with a line in appearance.2DA (with a hak).

It's have been allready done by someone else, it unlocked a dozen of hiden creatures, included the belker.
