This is the hak pak for CC2: Sorrow of Faerun. It must be placed in you nwn/hak folder in order to play the module. Update: Fixes to items dissapearing in inventory problem.

Amazing! Really liked the tileset used in the outdoor scenes (steep hills).

The problem with unzipping this file seem to persist, although i have a fast dsl-connection. I don't you'd be willing to upload unto your own site, as to prevent any download problems with NWN-vault?
I'm very much looking foward to playing this sequal. Actually think that this module could be released as a game in itself, so please hurry :)
I'll post a new comment if the problem is solved.

Ya, as Random says WinRar is just another way of compressing something, just like WinZip, and it makes the files even smaller. I usually use WinRar to open them, but might give this FilZip a go now. :)"The surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that it has never tried to contact us."

Nope, did not work, ah well. Would have been nice to play. I have DSL & downloaded other haks fine. So, it's not an issue with file being corrupted or packets timing out during download.

the hak file has an extension name *.rar, my system doesn't recognize it ( P4 using XP Pro). It looks to use web to open it or select form a list. But, it will not use either ways as a means to uncompress it. It is not functioning like a normal zip file would behave, especially those I have downloaded from here over past 8 months. I am trying the save as currently & will see if this works.
Ya, it uses many of the SoU items, placables, and tilesets so the expansions are needed to play. :)
Just about to upload the updated hak and mod the that cc2 is now compatable for HoTU, though you do not need HoTU to play it..

Could the author of this module repackage it with the require SOU expansion switch off, so that people who do not have the expansion like me could enjoy this mod? Is there any dependencies on the expansion?

sfdrake: Several times on this website I have downloaded a file which was smaller than the file size should have been. I have never been able to determine if this is because of my ISP, NWVault, or some connection problem between them.
If I wait a day, or if I try and download the file over and over again, I eventually get the whole file. Check the file size of the downloaded file against the listed file size here. Good luck to you.
Abaddon, this is very good work. I hope you find it fufilling enough to continue doing it. :-)

Three times, that bite's. Its working for many ppl, but when I get the chance I'll re-zip it and upload again it just in case. I want to make Haigors model a bit bigger, and maybe even include the DLA canopied forest in the hak anyhows. Neither of which would require those already with the hak to re-download it, btw.

It worked fine for me. GOt it the first time with no problems. Of course, I also download with 200 kb/sec :D

Hmm, once uploaded onto the vault, the download issues are effectively out of my hands. Its working fine for me and most ppl, it seems. For those having problems try again, you may have been doing it at a very busy time. I imagine the vault gets some pretty major traffic at certain hours. As Silversword said, at times like that modem users should use a download manager, it makes quite a difference. :)

I just downloaded the hak also and it says the file is bad =(
Posted by oldwiz ( ..xxx.xxx ) at 2003-10-24 10:45:00
Hmm - you've got download problems - the download gets to to between 4 and 9mb and drops from your end after 5 tries

I just downloaded the hak and it worked fine. If you don't have a high speed connection, you might want to use a download manager such as Getright.

Phelonious, aah, the agent of Asmodeus prepares to continue his journey. :) I havent added in that sidequest/henchman yet, but I intend to at some point. The foes are in there, any of Mammons blackguards encountered are there to stop the 'upstart blackguard of Asmodeus'. :D
Axis, thanks. :) Ya, its certainly taken a while. Its pretty big so I'll be looking forward to making changes and such due to the first weeks players feedback.
