This is an update of Grey Wolf's 3.5 Ranger, with HotU's new skills, feats, and epic levels added. - Everything is as Grey Wolf's original except the removal of Armor Proficiency (Medium) as a free feat at level one. - See readme for details.

The readme left out a few things. IS the favoured enemies now +2?
is fort and ref both good saves now?

Anyone notice that if you start a ranger using the archery .d2a to start with you still get medium armor prof? Does this have any other quirks? Should i start with the melee d2a and just flip the archery one in?
CEJ, you ONLY need the override files in place when you very first roll up the character. Once you've done that you can remove the override files and just work off the HAK. You will have to restart NWN for this.

Hmm...I seem to be doing the same thing everyone else here, but when I start a new game and creat a new character, the class information is still that of 3E. Does this matter? Will the changes still be in effect?
What I did was unzip the files in the o/r directory (kept paths in tact) and copying the file in the Archery folder straight into the o/r folder. Was this the correct procedure?
One question. I put the files in my override folder (I have about four of them, created upon installing the official expansions, named something like Override_bak1 and 2). I put the files in the one that said override only, using the archer file because I wanted my character to be an archer. I opened NWN, tried to create a new character, but not only had the dual-weild feat disappeared (as it probably should) but I didn't have the Point Blank Shot and Rapid Shot feats as I though I should have. What did I do wrong?
Just put the files in your Override folder, and when you take a Ranger level the game will follow the new rules, any exsisting Ranger levels will not be changed.
If you put the files in the override, you don't have to do anyhting special to use it, but if you don't like putting things in your override, you could make it a hak and add it to a module, a ranger created with these rule would work in any module, but I'm not sure if it would make the ELC check. I'll have to look into that.
Awyn, hows does this work in character creation? I heard that the Character creation was hard-coded, does this need to be used in conjuction with CODI's Character Creator? _________________________ "I'll sit myself behind this clock, and sing tunes on its belfry!
