Okay, I always hated what Bioware's (male - I think the female ones are okay) elves looked like, so finally I took the time to reskin them to meet my ideas of elves... ;)
They are still far from looking like how I'ld imagine our elven race over at Alvarhyn, but at least now they don't look like living on heavy drugs for the last few years... :oD
Notes:
1)Yes, the actually DO replace the original heads, for there are just those .plt files in there
2) They'll show up instead of the standard heads during character creation, as long as this hak is included in the module you're loading...

These rock! The bioware elf faces really suck, they definately needed an overhaul. You did an awesome job!

Ever since SoU, I have had the same problem. To remedy it you have to include the original elf head models along with the new PLT (textures) in your hak.
As far as I know, this is the only solution.

Ok, this looks fine, but when I installed the hak into my module the first time, they all possessed silver heads. The second time and thereafter, there was nothing, like the hak never existed!!! what shall I do?

Did you also notice that the bio male elf looks a little
ape-ish with his thighs looking like they are bigger than his bicepts? His feets are too sissy small.
Also he is walking with his legs apart as though his balls are in between them instead if in front of them. Must have been designed by a female bioware employee. lol.

Very nice. I haven't tried them yet, but the screen shot looks really good. I never liked the standard elf heads either.

They work just fine with me... did you try to restart NWN? Sometimes the haks don't load well...
Besides that, what graphical options do you play with? Maybe there's some problem with small textures users...

Weird. They look great as per the screenshot, but when I add one to a HAK in the toolset, they all have silver, featureless heads. I haven't tried them in the game, but thats what they look like in the Character Wizard.

They look great! Absolutely beautful. I love your other male elven heads too. Too bad *they* can't replace the ones in the game!
All I need now is some different hairdos... :p
