I was getting tired of the standard blue buttons and thought some red ones should look nicer, so this is a collection of .tga files exported from the NWN aurora_gui.bif and hued to match the swirly red menu background that comes with HotU.
To install, just unzip the file into your 'overide' folder.

I should mention that the file contains tinted rest and loading bars as well.
It _would_ have taken a _really_ short amount of time, if I had just looked for the original background picture and extracted it to the overide folder, rather than most of the menu buttons. Of course then it would have been blue and not really a file worth uploading. :D
Just for reference: the fog background picture is named "fog_genm.tga" (512 x 512 x 24 BPP)

Plus, I would think this probably didn't take you much time - not saying I don't like it...cause I do, the blue doesn't go very well as the button background color, but I didn't notice it 'till I saw this. :)
