If you experienced any errors during the installation of the CEP, you can go here to download just the corrupt file in question instead of redownloading the whole file. Also you can find the cep.tlk file.
Um, clicking that link brings up a user and password. Would you guys running the CEP home site please fix it? When I click link to go to 'home page', it asks for user and pass...please fix.

The cep.tlk is installed when you install the exe file version. It should be inside your archive, if you downloaded another type.
If your cep.tlk file is not working properly, it might be because it's not in your "tlk" directory. Be sure it's in the proper place. _________________________ Chokra Broodslayer

It was said before and I say it again... I need cep.tlk not the two damn files combined... it cost like 2 hours of downloadtime for me...
Could someone just email me the different files seperately, like the placeable hak and the clothing hak. It would go tons faster that way if I just downloaded several 2 hour things instead of one 13 hour thing.

I need cep.tlk but this link leads to a page with no downloads on it just some pictures. I dont want pictures I want the damn file.

mister DoG, i've seen some stuff bout downloading particular parts of CEP. try searching the vault for it. there u'll be able to download any part of cep, without downloading everything.

I downloaded the CEP via this option as I am only on 56k, about 10hrs later I find that there is no Cep2da.hak file in the download... any suggestions?
