Just a little contribution to the community, this is one file & a hak version of it too in a .zip file. This is a reskin of the drow matron from HotU, its not terrific but i think it looks pretty good for my efforts :P

Normal elves can still be evil, and many versions of Dark Elves such as dragon-lance dark elves, mystaran "shadow elves" and blackmoor's "Westyrn" are described as having pale skin and black or white hair. Often they are either almost albino from underground living or indistinguishable from normal elves (except for by behavior)...
