According to The Handbooks, the spell Magic Missile has a red effect. I have changed the original blue version to a red one. No other spells should be affected by this hakpak, but if you run into, say, a red-ish Cone of Cold-conjuration-animation, please post any errors here.
I have one question. How do i extract the file and into what folder? I've tried with NWHak tool, but its just saves it as a hak file in override.

However, I have one or two things to note;
1) The spells Isaacs Lesser/Greater Missile Storm are affected by this modification. But since they are the same kind of magic, I suppose that it's okay that they're red too. I have, though, made a unique red model for the Magic Missile conjure-animation, which the Isaac Spells doesn't use. I will change this so the Isaac spells becomes all red.
2) Now, I said "all red". There is a minor issue with the visuals for the spell. When the missiles have been fired, small blue dots appear along with two blue rings at the caster's hands. I have not been able to locate this animation and change it's colour to red, but I will work on it and see if I can get it fixed.

Well, I certainly prefer it. Good job.
Just a point to make: if you do like this hak, then use the NWHak tool in Utils to extract all the files into your override. You should have the colour change for all your modules.
Tested and works using a module without haks: You might see a return to the blue if you play a module with a spells.2da.
