This is the main hakpak for the upcoming revisions/additions to the Lone Wolf series of modules. ALL Lone Wolf modules will require this main hakpak, and future ones may have small added hakpak's as well. This one should be the largest by far, however.
Both the LW modules are listed as "Works on all versions", but this hackpack says it needs both expansions. Do I need the hackpack to play the mods? If I do, the information on the mod's pages should probably be changed.
Liked the module very much. I think that there might be a bug with the hak, though, and that's why I'm posting here. This bug (?) is pretty small, and completely irrelevant when it comes to the modules already out, but might become a problem in any potential further extensions to the series. (Just to be sure, I'm not even sure that it is a bug, I just suspect.) Well, I always like to map out my character builds when I start a module. I'm a bit of a munchkin, see. Well, I mapped my char out to level 20. However, I found that I could not take the Magnakai discipline, Pathfinder, beyond tier one. All of the other ones easily went to tier five, except for this one. I had the requisite levels in the prestige class, of that I am sure. I might have missed something else. Other than that, I wasn't really sure why your char wasn't able to take certain feats, like two-weapon fighting, ambidex, dodge, etc., but I'm not sure that was a bug. Just the Pathfinder thing. Okay, sorry if I missed something that was blatantly obvious. Just wanted to inform the creator. Thank you.
I'm trying to add this to other modules so I can play the kai Lord class in other games. But each time I try the Kai Disciplines come up garbled. I'm totally clueless here with 2da files and the like. So just fishing for any potential, and exceptionally easy, aid. Pretend you are speaking to a 5 year old, and then dumb it down since most current 5 year olds are taking computer classes these days... =P
There was a third one, or at least half of one way back when he was still making the mods. It was on the website under modules in testing. From what he had finished, I thought it was the best one. I don't know where you'd find it now.
To help those stuck with dialup, perhaps you should consider compressing with RAR instead of using the Content Installer, or use it to compress if you split up the Hak?
Recompressing all the files with WinRAR reduced the size from 95.2MB (as reported by Explorer) to 65.3MB.
Whouldn't make much of a difference to me and those with fast connections, but I remember back in the days with my steam powered modem... oh, the horror.---------------------------------------------------------

never mind. Landar drops the bag by where he's fighting the storgh. it's just hard to see at first.
is there going to be a 3rd LW ? I hope so!

I think I may have encountered a bug in Lone Wolf Ch. 1.
It's in the "Test of the Sun"
after the storgh comes out of the lake, Jen's ghost brings you to the gravesite where you're supposed to pick up a flower. However, the flower is not there because Landar is still fighting the storgh so he never dropped it!
Am I missing something or is this a known bug? I installed all the hakpaks and it's still not working.
thanks. great mod!

I'd appreciate that very much. The download has stopped after about 51 MB evertime I've tried to download it.

I suppose I could make the individual hakpaks available for download, though people would have to be careful that they had all the necessary ones to play the module with. I'll compose a list, load up the various hakpaks, and see what I can do with it. Still might be a few that are around 20 MB or so, but much better than the large 95 MB hakpak.
Can you break the download into parts? I mean I wanna get it and play the new modules. But this is no where near Dialup freindly. It's gonna take me 5 hours, and it's already failed twice.
