This is my new and considerably larger version of my Forest Hills hak. So I decided to release this separate as a result. This hak includes the following: Forest Hills v1.5 (MY base hak); Foret des ombres by Acropole; Elven buildings and groups by Gribo; Gentle Hills by Wayland; TB houses, smithy, shrine and Giant Tree by Tom Banjo; LOK Tower, dungeon entrance and house by Danmar; Chasm/cliff stairs from Na's DC Forest; DLA Edge fix by Na; Rural waterfalls by Lucifer Church (retextured to forest); Bioware rural streams and water (retextured models and minimaps to forest). If your using my Forest Hills v1.5 hak already, you can just remove it and rename this one if you wish. Note: This is still an add-on to the forest tileset. Enjoy! -Jackal-
I'm still around, I was working on a much bigger version of this a couple of years ago. It had reached 65 megs big!! There were a few things that needed to be finished, mostly minimaps and bug checking. But like many of my projects, it got put aside. I may go back and take another look at it and with time permitting, finish it.
interesting - is it still supported? _________________________ .: Axistown.ru PW

Everything but chocolate. *smiles* Well, I could wish it cycled through evergreens but the forest hobbit hills makes up for that.

The hak is still being worked on. I really can't take requests at this point. I have attempted to add a large number of custom tiles I've been working on,with less than glorious results. So I'll get back to just modifying for now. _________________________ Overhead Placeable Water

Phew! A lot of work being done on this set the last week (more than 60 hours). I keep finding new stuff to add! Right now the hak is over 65 megs(66.7 un-Rared). This may become the biggest single tileset add-on in NWN custom content history, and I ain't done yet! lol
Just like to let you know I'm still around. My work on this set has been mighty slow of late, but i did spend the better part of six hours last night adding some stuff to the new version of FH+. Job hunting has been my prime directive the last few months, so please excuse the snails pace this hak has taken.

This is the best forest hak available. The covered bridge would be a good addition to it.

The last few weeks i have been spending some considerable time trying to add something that hasn't been done before. My efforts to create cliffs w/water has proven to be a difficult task. The models i put together look good, but they don't want to play nice. The update won't be including those at this point. But i've got some map icons to do and a few tiles from the ruins tileset to add then i'm done for the update. :)
Apologies for the slow progress, but i have been a little "swamped" for a while.(not a pun, just a hint of some of the included stuff) ;)

The update is coming along. I'm more than half done. While it is quite a large addition, it should have been completed already. My motivation is a bit low at the moment, so the project is taking much longer than it should. I no longer work on custom content daily as i used to, now it's more of a once/twice a week thing. It will get done, that's a promise!
I'm still working on the update to this hak.
After freeing up some much needed hard drive space last month, it seems i accidently deleted one of the folders which contained a lot of the updated files. So i have had to redo much of my completed work again. :(
My apologies for the delay.

Yup, I'll switch from the Kelsys version to this combo if it looks like this will be supported properly. At the end of the day a combo is only as good as the support and updates it recieves.
I just wanted to say that in foraging (excuse the pun) for good tilesets for a module I'm building, (which may or may not be completed,) this was one of the HAKs that stood out to the point that inclusion was very nearly given. I looked at the 'enhanced version' of it out there and procrastinated over the merits of using a somewhat unscrupulous revision rather than the 'original' before coming across your comment about an update. That settled the matter.
This is great work, which inspired me to build a forest area that I adore. I am very much looking forward to the update.

Hi!
I think one version will do, but it would be great if you added some pine trees. After all, we need a Narnia module soon... ;) _________________________ best regards,

Sounds great, Jackal. :)
I am looking forward to seeing the winter forest.
I hope you are planning to include pines?

Since Kelsys recently released a version of my hak with some bridges and hills w/trees added, i haven't decided whether or not to update this one with my own trees.
Right now, i'm starting work on a winter retexture of this hak, i might get around to making the trees on hills for both haks then.
