This hak adds alleys to the city exterior tileset and three kinds of ships (caravels, galleons and longships) to the rural, city exterior and rural winter tilesets and carracks to the city exterior and rural tilesets. It also adds 18 airship tile groups (16 models): Three for the rural tileset, Three for the city exterior tileset, Two for the Forest tileset, Three for the Rural Winter tileset, Two for the Desert tileset, Three for the Underdark tileset and Two for the Frozen Wastes tileset. And Each is a 3x1 tile-group.

Thank you for doing this! When I downloaded the ships, and lost all my alleys, I was devastated, so it was with much relief that I found this hak. Of course, I had to rebuild all my cities' alleyways, but it was a small price to pay to be able to use the ships!

Nice work, Silvercloud, and quite useful : I couldn't plan making a city adventure without alleys, and on the other hand, building a important port city with default nwn ships is somehow ridiculous. Now it's possible, thank you !
How did you do ? I mean, could you teach me how to make such combos ?
updated to 1.01 : rural tileset was messed up, now works correctly. just download the hak and put it on top of the original hak, works without reinstalling the hak in the mod (or at least it should)
First off, thanks for giving your suggestions its nice to hear someone sees a use in this.
1. probably yes, however i never created any of the mdls or animations and am not able to either :). You could ask the original creators for this if your really wanted.
2. hmmm, i think you can turn off the spray on the animation bit, but otherwise this is again a modeling job.
3. thats correct i read that on the original, apparently the best way is to put one lose to a boarding point and then create an area transition.
4. Hmmm, thats not right let me check it. you're right, I will need to fix that...i'll post a new version once i get it done
The ships are great, but I have four comments - all intended to be constructive.
First, the spray effect around the waterlines. If it is intended to show that the ships are moving, it would be beter placed around the bow and aft of the stern only - leaving the midships without spray.
Second, the floating models all have sails full of the wind and the spray effect. It would be great to see a set of "at anchor" models with no spray, no sails, and possibly a deployed anchor (i.e. a cable running into the water).
Third, I did not see a docked galleon of either type.
Fourth, I was unable to place the "Airship above trees 3x1" over grass, trees, etc.
Finally, great compilation - many kudos to you and to the original creators.
