I've retextured the standard Bioware City Exterior tileset to make it look more like those Northern European cities (i.e. Lbeck, Bremen, etc.) - all bricks! I've also included in the hakpack Someux's Caravels & Carracks, and ThallionStellani's Alleys.
Anonymous: this hakpack does not overwrite the standard City Exterior Tileset. When you add it to a module (info on how to do this in the readme file) and create a new area, it will show up in the Tileset list as "Northern European City".
I am planning an update for next weekend, and I'll probably add an override version of the hakpack then.

The pic looks very nice. Is this an overwrite of the city ext. or is ita separate tileset?
Fabien: Thanks for the comments! But I'm only starting to dabble in the art of hakpack making, so don't expect anything grandiose from me yet... !
For additions, I'd sure love to be able to put in churches and cathedrals like the one in Szeged or the anglican cathedral in Liverpool. But as for converting placeables to tilesets, uh... it's going to take me a while to figure this out. ; )
I also noticed today some things in Stilgar's CCS hak (particularly the houses, a few towers, wells and platforms), but I don't yet know how to attach textures to new models, so you'll have to wait for that too!
As for the water, is it gray in game? It looks blue to me!

It's really nice...A shame I can't reskin Köln using this tileset....
Bricks add a real flavour...ships are well included and "alleys" too...
Why is the water grey?
The hak would be even better if you'd add real christian buildings (a church and a cathedral)...(It already exist in a hak but as placeables for now)...

Eo_Nomine?...You Do tilesets?...
(And beatiful ones indeed)...
Why didn't you tell me before?...(or did you?)
Wolfsong: Aah yes... perhaps "Northern Central Europe" would be more accurate. Scandinavia's (I assume this is what you mean by Northern Europe) architectural styles, it is true, are very different from those found on the other side of the Baltic and the North Sea.
However, the architectural styles found in the rest of Central Europe (i.e. Freiburg, Praha, Szentendre) are also very different from those found further North, so I guess it would be equally misleading to label this hakpack as an attempt to recreate a Central European architectural style in NwN.
I guess it all boils down to how you see and call different regions in Europe. Being from Western Europe, everything that's North of Brussels is Northern Europe to me! ; )
