This is a tattoo .hak I designed it for my NWNmodule 'Die Ruinen von Freistadt' (DRVF). It offers PCs& NPCs a larger number of options to individualize their appearance. All races, genders and phenotypes are supportet. For all nude and Jigglie fans - also these options are existing.

But I have a question. How can I set all the tatoo on a PC ?
In the character creation process, I just have the first tatoo model.

It´s a Hak. How about downloading it an extracting it in to the Folder:
C:\NeverwinterNights\NWN\hak
Choose the hak-Folder which should be wherever your NWN installation was done.

It´s great! It holds all phenotypes and is of a amazing quality! I don´t see why anybody want´s to turn this hak down.
